Description:

The roots of sangrita (which means "little blood" in Spanish) are hotly debated. Sangrita is traditionally served in Mexico alongside premium aged “sipping” Tequilas such as Cristalino, Reposado, Añejo, & Mezcal. Good tequila should be sipped & appreciated, and sangrita helps cleanse the palate between sips of tequila while allowing you to savor the bold underlying flavors of the aged agave spirits.

Ingredients:

- 4 oz Casa Cobre Original (or Watermelon) Real Sangrita

- 4 oz Tequila of your choice (preferably an aged blanco tequila such as Cristalino or Añejo)

Instructions:

1) Pour chilled Tequila into “Snifter” tasting glass.

2) Pour chilled Sangrita into a separate tasting glass or a “caballito” shot glass.

3) Sip Tequila. Sip Sangrita. Repeat Responsibly.
